The school is located in Glasgow, Scotland. It was completed in August 2007.It is part of the Anchor Center for Blind Children.
One thing that makes the school special is that this school is not an institution; but a place where children are taught to face challenges and prepare themselves for the outside world.
The school's corridors have corners, and only a few amount of handrails are located around the school. Students find their ways around the school by following the "sensory walls".
